The Position
Trapview seeks a passionate Country Sales Manager to lead our expansion in Italy, by overseeing the relationships of the company with its most important clients.
The ideal candidate is capable of proactively attracting new clients, closing the deals, and building strong relationships with strategic customers. Our new colleague is also able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Your responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Acquire new clients thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Create proposals for existing and potential clients
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client’s long-term goals
- Efficiently close the deals and achieve sales targets
- Drive local strategic alliances as well as set distribution/agencies agreements along the Italian territory
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Provide good customer service through email or phone
- Carry out all marketing activities to promote our brand locally
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Work within commercial department to develop and improve sales conditions
- Manage and achieving commercial budgets, expenses, and sales revenue
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
Your competences:
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs (knowledge of digital solutions in agriculture and agronomy will be considered as advantage)
- Expressed responsibility towards clients as well as towards achieving the company goals
- Proven experience in sales preferably as Country/Regional Sales Manager
- Knowledge of the Italian agricultural market
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with key clients
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Proven capabilities in marketing in communicating value creation and story telling
